Amount you can apply for:

• Any amount between £1,001 to £12,000.

Timeline:

For projects/events taking place between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026

• Applications open: Friday 8 November 2024
• Applications close: Saturday 18 January 2025 (midnight)
• Applicants contacted by: Friday 21 February 2025

How to apply:

We encourage you to apply for the funding amount you need to make your project successful, up to the £12,000 limit.  

We want to support as many projects as we can and therefore we encourage applications for less than £5,000 as well as bigger projects.  

Applications over £5K needs to have match cash funding of 40% of your total expenditure budget. Applications under £5K do not require match funding.  

To apply you must read the guidance and submit a written application form or submit a video/ audio application, along with a budget for the project.
