We check the submissions every week on a Monday at 9am. The earlier you submit it, the more time it has to be promoted.

The Visit Gloucester website is intended to feature larger and/or more unusual events that are deemed to be likely to help bring visitors to the destination. We cannot guarantee that all events submitted will be displayed on this website and reserve all rights over whether to display them or not.
