Coal Kitchen is an independent restaurant situated in the historic Victorian warehouse, Pillar and Lucy house at Gloucester docks on River Severn.


Sustainable produce is a priority, and they work hand-in-hand with suppliers to bring high quality, fresh, local ingredients to the table.

Open all week for healthy breakfast, artisan coffees, critically acclaimed bottomless brunches, Set menus from £14.95, Kids meals, gatherings for friends and family and date nights.

Ck’s Bar mixologists are always busy crafting new cocktails along with a selection of classics with a twist. 2 for £13 cocktails available all day and  it’s a perfect place to relax after work or a day of shopping at the Quays.

With stunning original features, it can be transformed into the perfect venue for your celebration. The spacious restaurant, bar, terrace and riverside areas can be converted into dining, drinking and dancing areas for over 120 guests.

If that’s not enough, they have one of Gloucester’s best outdoor spaces with our riverside balcony and terrace boasting some of the city’s iconic views and outside bar.
