Arthur Knights and Ross Sanders started this business in Five Valleys, Stroud. Now moving their business to Gloucester Food Dock, they specialise in uniquely cooked, premium quality steak, served quickly. While their steaks take centre stage, they have also added chicken dishes to their repertoire to expand upon their loved food. Moreover, Athur, the head chef, has a wealth of experience and knowledge behind him, proven by a number of awards bestowed to them over their years of trade.

This restaurant is not planning to take bookings, it will lean more into the street food idea of showing up, having your food made quickly, eating and moving on – or taking away whilst you explore the incredible docks right on their doorstep.

Strip Steak Bar is located on Quayside and can be accessed from Commercial Road from one of two staircases, or the ramp located by Kimber steps.
