From their farm in Elmore comes a family business producing Wholly Gelato.
This farming family ensure their cows are cared for and loved and this shows in the production of their award-winning gelato.
Family members Will and Emily Lee have now opened an artisan gelato and coffee bar at Gloucester Food Dock, creating a new home to showcase their products.
They sell milk from their vending machine, warm waffles and homemade sundaes, thick shakes and hot drinks and, of course, their amazing gelato with new flavours introduced on a regular basis.
Wholly Gelato is located on The Deck and accessed via one of two staircases from Quayside or Commercial Road. There is also an accessible lift available.
