Rarely open to the public, for one weekend only, you are invited you to step inside this unique time capsule and sample a stunning menu of experimental and traditional cocktails brought to you by The Cocktail Service. For those who prefer a simpler tipple, mocktails and a standard bar menu will also be available.

A magical medieval inspired pop-up bar, right in the heart of Gloucester. The Scriptorium is a true hidden gem. Located a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of a city lies is an intimate drinking den bursting with history.

The scriptorium boasts a fascinating history and is widely considered to be the oldest standing purpose-built library in Northern Europe. The building was used by Dominican Friars Monks as a place to study, with carefully positioned windows for maximum light and a cool ground level for storing food.

A festive menu of seasonal cocktails including an Apple and Cinnamon Martini and a Pomegranate Moscow Mule brought to you by the Cocktail Service, one of the UK’s leading bar consultancy and events companies, who have worked with some of the world’s biggest brands including Red Bull, Facebook and Google.

Openside Pizza will be serving up fresh pizza so you can tuck in and get that foody fix with vegan options available alongside the standard menu. Openside Pizza is a mobile pizza company run by Gloucester’s No1 restaurant on TripAdvisor, Hooker & Eight and Gloucester Rugby’s current captain Lewis Ludlow. Hand stretched stone baked pizza cooked on the flame to order!
