Voting is now open to crown the winners of the Believe in Gloucester Awards 2024.

More than 400 nominations were received for the awards organised by Gloucester BID to champion all the city has to offer from its voluntary organisations to its regeneration projects and successful businesses.

The list of finalists has now been announced after a judging panel made up of category sponsors got together earlier this summer to decide on the shortlist.

People can now go online to vote for their favourite in 13 of the 15 categories. The Ambassador of the Year and Young Ambassador of the Year category winners have already been decided by the judges.

Gloucester BID manager Emily Gibbon said: “We were blown away by the number of nominations for this year’s awards and it demonstrates not only the calibre of amazing businesses and organisations in our city, but also the support they receive from their customers and wider community.

“It was a really difficult task for the judges to whittle down the nominations to a shortlist and now it is over to the public to help find our winners. We hope as many people as possible go online to vote for their favourite.

“Once again, we would like to thank our headline sponsors Gloucester Quays and WSP Solicitors and all of our category partners who are helping to make this the biggest and best Believe in Gloucester awards yet.”

The awards will take place at Gloucester Guildhall on Wednesday November 20th with all finalists invited to attend the event.

People have until September 30th to cast their vote. Please visit the Believe in Gloucester Awards website here.
