Gloucester History Festival

About

This September join over 100 of Britain's top historians and broadcasters in 200 events spanning the ancient city. The two week Festival starts with the unique tradition of Gloucester Day and features Heritage Open Days throwing stunning historical buildings open to all.

Speakers taking part include Dan Snow, Max Hastings, Kate Mosse, Robert Harris, Alison Weir, Dan Jones, Tracy Borman and Jonathan Dimbleby among many more.

Join them for two weeks of compelling talks and controversial debates in the magical surroundings of Blackfriars Priory. Tickets on sale in July.
