Submergence Gloucester is a unique and welcoming light and sound event for all the family, creating space for exploration, play and connection.
Presented at Gloucester Cathedral in 2020 this artwork is back by popular demand for the communities of Gloucestershire to experience once again this August.
Squidsoup welcomes you to play and explore within the installation, to touch the lights, to make lots of noise, lie or sit down, lose yourself and become completely absorbed within this amazing experience. Offering a highly sensory, open space for families to come together.
Supported by Arts Council England, Gloucester BID and The University of Plymouth we are pleased to announce a series of specialist workshops, play sessions, and special events involving music and movement as part of the Submergence Gloucester programme with Vilk Collective, Bleephaus, The Music Works, GARAS and more.
This event is free of charge and opening hours outside of workshops are not ticketed. Opening hours are between 10am and 5pm Tuesday - Saturday. Stay up to date on workshops and special events here:
