The Fountain Inn

About

The Fountain is a traditional English pub with a good range of real ales and great pub food including bar meals and Chef's daily specials. Outdoor seating away from the hussle and bussle of the streets, quiet and relaxing. If it’s a really great pint, juicy steak, light snack or a friendly place to sit and read the paper with a drink then look no further than The Fountain.

History...
It was first built in the 16th century, making it one of the city’s oldest ale-houses and was the last brew house in the city in the 1950s.
