About

Join us for a special family sound bathing session in the Chapter House. Sound bathing is an ancient practice that encourages you to relax and release stress and anxiety.

It will be held alongside other sensory activities, such as healing herb guessing games, brass rubbing, mindful drawing and medieval games in the Cloister, West Slype and Garth.

This is a free event. Sessions are being help on the hour throughout the day.
