This summer, Gloucester Cathedral is running sun-set sound bathing sessions in August in the magnificent surroundings of the Cathedral Nave.
Enjoy the building from a new perspective, free from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Lie down in a comfortable spot and switch off, as a mesmerising soundtrack permeates through the magnificent surroundings of the Cathedral Nave.

You may wish to pray or reflect as you listen, taking in the glory of your surroundings as you do so.

After sound bathing you are welcome to stay for the rare opportunity to experience a Taizé service, which will take place around our Labyrinth which will be in the Nave throughout August.
